End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or the “Customer”) and BeeBoss (“we”, “us” or “BeeBoss”) governing your access to and use of the BeeBoss construction management platform, including the web application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, BeeBoss grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our consent.
- Do not upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others.
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. You grant BeeBoss the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, and content provided by BeeBoss, is and remains the exclusive property of BeeBoss and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in this Agreement.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeBoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention practices.
10. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
