These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BeeBoss platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our License Agreement.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Taxes may apply.
3. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and update features from time to time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide.
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeBoss is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeeBoss operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
